The Ferrari 365 GTB/4
We have to confess that the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 – aka the Ferrari Daytona – is one of our favourite Ferraris. The Ferrari Daytona marked the start of the modern age of Ferrari for us; the end of the bulbous cars that went before and ended with the glorious 250 GTO, the Daytona was sleek and modern and as sexy as hell. Even those who don’t know one Ferrari from another would probably know the Daytona from its starring role in many a film – A Star is Born, The Long Goodbye, Gone in 60 Seconds and many more – or from the Miami Vice TV series (although that was a replica).
Rolls-Royce has released the first teaser image of the its upcoming Wraith coupé. The image, which confirms that the Wraith is a fastback based on the Ghost, shows a chrome bezel surrounding the rakish DLO as well as rear-hinged doors, as have become an RR trademark. What we can't yet see is the treatment of the nose and tail.
2012 Toyota Prius - on sale in March
The mildly revised 2012 Toyota Prius arrives in the UK. Starting at £21,350 it offers a mild cosmetic tweak and better specification. It’s hard to get too excited about the tweaks to the 2012 Toyota Prius, as Toyota hasn’t exactly pushed the boat out to overhaul the Prius for the new year. But tweaks there are and the new Prius is ready for the UK market.
